My dog, Dakota, has been experiencing constant regurgitation and now her stomach is making very loud noises. The vomit is foamy and she recently threw up grass. She has been going through these stomach issues for a while now. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My greyhound, Josie, sporadically yelps in pain when touched on the right side of her nose or when she engages her nose (moving around blankets, nudging doors open, grooming, etc). There are no sores or swelling, and her teeth look normal. She is otherwise normal in behavior and energy. Should I take her in for an emergency visit or wait until her next available vet appointment in mid-February?
