My dog, Harriet, a 6-year-old rat terrier, has been having peeing accidents in the house, blood in her urine, and a strong, pungent smell. She seems more tired than usual, lies on the couch, and pants frequently. She's also peeing more frequently than normal, needing to go outside every 45 minutes to an hour instead of the usual 3-4 hours. What could be causing this and what should I do?
