My dog has a bloated stomach, her tail is down over her bottom (usually it's up), and she whimpers when I try to move her tail to look at her bottom. She was pacing, drinking a lot of water, and has an appetite. She also seems to be kicking her back right leg occasionally. What could be wrong and what should I do?
