My dog, George, an 8-year-old lab, just had a poop that was half brown and half grey/white. He is eating, drinking, and playing normally. Should I be concerned?

Our 7-year-old lab, Raven, was throwing up throughout the day yesterday. We withheld food but not water. This morning she drank water and seemed to keep it down but then had very loose brownish maroon-colored stool. She isn't her normal self. Is this something that can wait until tomorrow morning so we don't have to go to an ER?

My puppy has had diarrhea for a few days after accidentally eating adult dog food. The diarrhea has worsened to straight liquid and he's had it three times in the last 3 hours. He's not weak but seems more tired and won't leave his crate. What should I do to help him and ensure he's okay?

My 12-year-old chihuahua, Bo, weighs 24 lbs and is causing me a lot of stress due to his inconsistent health. He sometimes acts like a 2-year-old puppy for a few days, but then he suddenly stops eating, won't go for walks, and just lays on the floor. He's been drinking a lot of water and his urine lasts a minute when he pees. He had upset stomach and diarrhea issues, which stopped after I started making his food (rice, cooked hamburger, pumpkin, and plain Greek yogurt mixed with dry food for upset stomachs). I've taken him to two different vets, but they only gave him pain pills. What could be causing this and what should I do?
