My dog has a persistent spot on its nose that was initially an infection from a stick poke, treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication, but never completely healed. After rigorous play, it has become red and looks like a fluid-filled blister. The vet recommended lancing it at home with a sterile needle and saline to drain and rinse. What should I do to manage this condition and ensure it doesn't become a recurring issue?

My dog, Muppy, is not acting like herself. She seems scared, is trembling, and has her tail down. She started trembling around 5 or 6 PM today. She ate some food and her nose is cold. It is storming today, and she will play for a minute but then stops and looks scared again. What could be causing this behavior, and is there anything I should look out for or do to help her?

My 8-month-old Collie, Maple, is experiencing frequent liquid diarrhea, which has worsened from every half hour to every 5 minutes over the past 2 hours. She started Prozac a couple of weeks ago, which has caused loose stools. She may have eaten something unusual in my mom's yard on Sunday, leading to vomiting that night and loose stools, but no vomiting today. Her energy is okay, but she occasionally cries in discomfort.
