She is 6 years old and has been in good health except for a month ago when she had stomach issues and was given probiotics and vitamins. She also has early hip dysplasia. What could be causing her symptoms and what can I do to help her?

My dog was diagnosed with encephalitis 4 years ago and has had occasional wobbly episodes since then. Last night, she had a severe episode with symptoms like lethargy, inability to stand, and back leg twitching. She hasn't gone to the bathroom since the episode. Is this normal for a dog with encephalitis, and should I have her reevaluated?
