My dog, Koda, age 3, has been panting, her belly is hard, and she has been shaking. She is not spayed and doesn't have her rabies shot. She sometimes tries to poop but can't, and her poop is like little pebbles. She has been given pumpkin puree, which made her poop a little bigger but smooshy. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
