My 2-year-old female Great Pyrenees, Roxy, has been sick and not eating since December 8th. She vomited bile, foamed at the mouth, and has been lethargic. Roxy has had little to eat or drink, and the vet has treated her for nausea and dehydration. What could be causing her symptoms, and what should I do next?
