My dog has been bleeding from his penis on and off for the last year. When he bleeds, he seems more anxious, drinks a lot of water, has to go to the bathroom frequently, and whines as if in pain. He has been treated for UTI before but the problem persisted. The bleeding seems to worsen when he needs to go potty. One vet suggested neutering, but it was uncertain if it would help. What could be causing this and what can be done without extensive testing due to financial constraints?

My dog has recurrent non-symmetrical ear infections that started after swimming in a 'skunky' lake 2 years ago. The infections occur every 3 months, causing black discharge, smell, redness, pain, and sometimes bleeding, primarily in the left ear now. The onset of these flare-ups coincides with persistent vomiting. I've been told it's due to allergies, but I'm not convinced. Each time, antibiotics temporarily resolve the issue. What could be causing these infections, and what tests should be done to properly diagnose and treat them?

We have a new puppy (8 weeks old, half Pomeranian and half Yorkie) who is very lethargic, cannot keep any food down, and has vomited multiple times in the last 24 hours. He seems to strain to move and has not had a bowel movement. The vet has given him a shot for his stomach and noted low blood sugar, but is unsure of the exact issue. Is it possible he has an intestinal obstruction?
