My Papillon got up today with a limp tail. He won't or can't move it at all. He is normally a very happy dog, and even when he doesn't feel good, it usually wags at least once in a while. He seems to be able to walk fine, and is never off his leash when outside, so he wasn't hit by a car, etc. He also has not been in cold water. What do you think I should do? He also has a grooming appointment in the morning, should I still take him?
