My dog has had an upset stomach, needing to go out in the middle of the night several times and throwing up twice over the past two days. This morning he seems to be shivering. He's a Jack Russell and Rat Terrier mix, 9 years old, and was eating but this morning does not seem interested. He's also having more stool than normal.
