My French bulldog has bilateral exophytic growths behind her front legs on her sides. They are firm, movable, and have been present for about 2 weeks. The right side growth is the size of a quarter, and the left side is the size of a nickel. The skin is intact, and there are no significant color changes. The lesions are more noticeable by feeling rather than seeing. The only potential cause could be the harness she wears during walks, but there's no evidence of rubbing or irritation. What could these growths be?

My 4-year-old dog has kidney disease. He is drinking, peeing, and eating (though we have to force feed him and he sometimes throws up). He has diarrhea and woke up with a swollen leg, possibly swollen hock syndrome. What should I do to help him, and is there a chance to improve his condition without considering euthanasia?

I am concerned about my 8-year-old spayed German Shepherd. She has had swelling of the vulva for several days, with black pigmentation of the skin. The small nub that protrudes below her tail is very red, swollen, and seems to have black scabbing around it. She has been licking it constantly. When I try to wash it, she is very uncomfortable. I have tried putting vitamin A&D ointment on it, and it has only seemed to have gotten worse. Please advise.
