My dog has had bot flies or maggots inside him for a long time now. I took him to the vet, who saw the holes but could not recover the species as they had already left. The vet prescribed Doxy 100mg twice a day, but the holes are increasing, and my dog is losing hair, has severe red irritated skin with raised bumps, discharge from his penis, and severe tearing bleeding itching around the anus. He is also experiencing shortness of breath, sleeping more, coughing, difficulty seeing, and going in circles. What is going on, and what medications can I use to help my dog?

I have a follow-up on a situation from 5 months ago. We gave our dog, Tabitha, one injection of Immiticide for heartworm disease, and you suggested rechecking her at 4-5 months.
