My dog has ingested some of my jewelry cleaner. She has shown signs of discomfort such as coughing and gagging, but that has subsided. This happened while I was at work, so I didn't see it or catch her. Are these chemicals toxic? And should I take her to the emergency vet?

Buddy is an 85+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier with an inflamed right ear that is not responsive to Vetoquinol Care. He is miserable, and I live in a rural community with no emergency services. Is there a remedy I can use to ease him tonight until I can call his Veterinarian in the morning?
