My dog has not eaten for three days, has had diarrhea, drank some water, and vomited after eating cooked chicken. She is lively but not normal, and her tummy rumbled a lot three days ago. She also ripped apart a toy but has never eaten stuffing before. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?

Our male boxer was neutered 9 days ago, and last night I found him and our female locked together. How long is a male dog fertile after this type of surgery, and is there anything like a morning-after pill for dogs to prevent pregnancy? Also, should we keep them separated, and is the female still fertile while she is bleeding?
