I have a question about a litter of puppies. One of the puppies, sold to a new owner, has developed a spinal infection a month after being sold. The new owner claims it's hereditary, but our vet cleared all puppies at birth and during their first shots appointment. I want to know if Lyme disease could cause a spinal infection and lead to a dog not being able to use its back legs, and how long it takes for Lyme disease symptoms to show.
