My dog has dark spots that look like flea bundling up but when I apply peroxide or Neosporin, they seem to have a hollow tube-like figure. They keep coming back and leave a sore, crusty top. They are not fleas. What could these spots be and what should I do?

My 9-year-old Pomeranian (18 lbs) has had diarrhea for a few days, otherwise, he is his normal self other than discomfort in his anal area. He has been on a homemade diet of white rice, chicken, fresh veggies with occasional dry kibble for at least 5 years and appears much younger than he is. The other day I looked away for a moment as I was disposing of a waste bag and caught him licking some human vomit that was on the ground. Other than that, he had a new treat over the weekend made by Dingo, a chicken treat. At this point, his stool is just liquid and gel-like, but he is strong and hasn't lost his appetite. Should I take him to the vet?

I have a 9-week-old Staffy who has had several runny stools in a short period. He is still active and eating, but I'm concerned because I'm changing his food back to Royal Canin from Pedigree. The stools are light in color and smell similar to his normal ones. Is this normal?
