Can Benadryl and Prednisone be given together for chronic bronchitis in a dog, and is the current dosage of hydrocodone sufficient to manage the cough?

I have a 10-month-old Maltese female named Molly. She was diagnosed with Giardia at 5 months old and has been treated with Panacur and Metronidazole, but the parasite hasn't been fully eradicated. Additionally, Molly eats her feces, which complicates the treatment. We've tried increasing her food and using Adolph's tenderizer, but she still occasionally eats her feces. The vet suggested using Forbid to stop this behavior. We're unsure if repeating the Panacur treatment would be harmful or effective. What should we do to fully treat the Giardia and stop Molly from eating her feces?

My chihuahua mix has two red patches of skin on her belly around the area where the hind legs meet. The areas have some flaking and hair loss, and the skin smells bad. She didn't eat yesterday when we first noticed the rash but is acting fine today and barely itching. Should I be worried?

My dog, a Maltese/Yorkie mix weighing approximately 12-13 pounds, ate a piece of my sweatpants (60% cotton, 40% polyester) about the size of a tennis ball. He is now intermittently shivering, acting depressed, hasn't eaten or drank anything, and has hyperactive bowel tones. Should I be concerned about the material passing through his digestive tract, and is there anything I can do to help him?
