My dog has very itchy paws, eyes, and ears. I switched his food to Ollie lamb and lamb kibble, which seemed to help initially but he's still itchy. We've tried Cytopoint and Apoquel, but they either didn't help or stopped working after a while. I cover his paws with shoes due to grass irritation and clean them regularly. I've started soaking his paws in betadine, which provides temporary relief. What else can I do to help my dog?

Our new baby ball python, Pretzel, has not eaten since we got him and is showing neurological symptoms such as erratic lethargic movement and difficulty righting itself.
