My dog hasn't been able to hold down food since last Friday. The vet prescribed Cerenia and Flagyl, and I'm using a syringe to feed her pureed food. Should I expect any vomiting as a side effect of Flagyl? She's also tired and lethargic, and her last full solid meal was on Friday. She had high white blood cell counts, and the vet is treating her for the possibility of pancreatitis. When can I expect her appetite to return?
