My dog is acting lethargic, shaking, and has not been eating for over a week. He has vomited a couple of times and his tongue is sticking out with weak eyes. What should I do?

My 8-year-old, 100lbs Bluenose Ghotti pitbull, Choppo, injured his front left leg or foot about 2 weeks ago. He hasn't seen a vet yet due to financial constraints. Is there any financial assistance available to help with vet costs, and how can I get approved for CareCredit or Scratch Pay?

My 5-year-old pit bull, Sebastian, is vomiting clear, foamy liquid frequently, at least 10 times in the past 5 hours. He seems very nauseous (shaking, drooling, licking lips), but there has been no change in diet, no new treats, and nothing out of the ordinary. The first few vomits had a lot of grass, which he frequently eats. There has been no change in appetite, and he was dewormed most recently on 4/16. He had a full blood panel, fecal test, and urinalysis earlier this month, all of which were normal. He has not been exposed to any unusual substances. What could be causing this and what should I do?
