My dog may have swallowed some rubber or shredded carpet pad. What should I do and what signs should I look for?

I have a chihuahua mix named Missy, born on 7/3/22, who is acting strange. She won't eat or drink, is wobbly on her legs, and has energy in small spurts. She woke up fine but started having issues about an hour and a half after I left for work. She has no vomiting or diarrhea, her gums are pink and black, and she weighs about 8 lbs. What could be causing her symptoms and what should I do?
