Both of my dogs, Marley (2 years old) and Jaz (11 years old), have been scratching for about 6 months. They don't have fleas and I believe it's a gut issue. They chew on paper and teddy bears all the time. When did the dog last see a vet? Are they taking any medications?

I have a 5-month-old puppy named Arthur who is a Bernese mountain dog. We were playing tug of war, and there was a lot of blood on the toy. The bleeding has stopped, and he lost a tooth yesterday. His mouth looks normal, but I'm concerned about the amount of blood. Could this be related to teething or his oral hygiene? Additionally, he has been having a stuffy nose. Could this be related to seasonal allergies or teething?
