My dog is on a raw meat diet and has been experiencing blockage issues while trying to poop. I felt the blockage with my finger and found white chunks in his vomit, which I believe are pieces of calcium. Is this attached to his insides or will it come out? It felt pretty big.

I think my puppy, Bowie, and my adult dog have giardia. The puppy has had diarrhea for about 3 days, but is still eating, drinking, and playing. The adult dog also has diarrhea and vomited once but is otherwise normal. What can I do to help them without going to the vet?
