My dog, Dude, a beagle mix, has vomited six times in the past month, two times a week for three out of four weeks. The vomit varies from containing food to being just bile/liquid. He gags or acts like he is going to vomit almost daily and seems anxious. He has been eating normally, has no diarrhea, and is generally healthy, with normal senior blood work done this year. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My eight-year-old German Shepherd, Shiloh, keeps getting hotspots despite multiple treatments including petromalt, myosin topical spray, steroid injections, medicated baths, and a special diet for sensitive skin. She is on Simparica Trio for flea prevention and has been taking Benadryl for about two weeks with no improvement. What else can be done to help her?
