My dog is suddenly walking in circles, only to the right, and appears unable to turn his head to the left. He is also having trouble walking and his left leg shakes when he puts pressure on it. He is an 8-year-old Dogo Argentino weighing 110 lbs, and he has a history of ear infections. What could be causing this and what should I do?
