My dog is swaying a lot, very weak, can barely stand or walk, and flinches whenever I bring water or anything to her face. Her eyes are focused straight ahead. She hasn't seen a vet in about 2-3 months and isn't on any medications. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

My dog, Venus, a 4-year-old lab pit, has recurring ear infections that I can't seem to fully treat. I've switched her food to Pro Plan Sensitive, but the infections keep coming back. She doesn't like ear drops and it's hard to clean her ears. What can I do to manage her ear infections until I can get her proper treatment?
