My dog is trembling, occasionally whining, and not eating or drinking normally. This started when I left for vacation. He was home with my older children, but there were a few days when they were out of the home. He has never been left alone for a whole day over the past 2 years. He is a rescue dog, 4 years old, up to date with shots, and had a physical in December with no issues. He has no vomiting or diarrhea. What could be causing this behavior, and what should I do?
