My dog, Jack, a 9-year-old German Shepherd, has a wound on his hip area that started as a bug bite, got infected, and is now larger than a quarter in size. It occasionally bleeds and oozes yellow pus. His skin has been itchy lately, and he has allergies. I recently switched him from Benadryl to Zyrtec, but it doesn't seem to help much. What should I do?

My Boston Terrier, Mookie, has a red rash with white puss (pimple-like) under her armpits and on her stomach. She is uncomfortable and seems in pain, not wanting to walk or move.
