My dog, Jae, a 3-year-old who eats Pedigree, had diarrhea with blood in it this morning. She seems perky but likes to sleep, and her gums are pink and moist. She hasn't vomited and there hasn't been a change in her diet, but I'm not with her during the day. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My dogs got into my Biote DIM SGS+ pills. I accounted for most of the pills, but Iām sure some are gone. One dog weighs 64lb and the other 50lb. They ate the pills between 645-800 tonight. Their names are Stella (3 years old) and Lexie (9 years old). They are otherwise healthy. What should I do?
