My dog, Jake, a 5-year-old, 40-pound dog, has had kennel cough for about a week. My vet can't see him until November 3rd. Can I give him baby cough medicine? He is not bringing up anything, is eating, and pooping normally. What should I do in the meantime?

My 14-month-old Boston Terrier, Pirata, woke up shivering and lethargic with a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius. He is not interested in eating or drinking, and didn't pee when taken out. We haven't noticed any changes in his stool, and he hasn't eaten anything unusual. What could be causing his symptoms?

My 13.5-year-old rescue Chihuahua, Neeko, has been experiencing congestion, yellow discharge from the nose, rattling breathing, sneezing, pawing at his face, restlessness, and increased random potting in the house. He has a grade 3/4 heart murmur and is on Vetmedin and Gabapentin. He was recently sedated and examined by a vet who found inflamed tonsils and gave him an antibiotic shot and a Cytopoint injection. We've been giving him Benadryl daily and a stomach acid pill, but they no longer seem to help. He also developed a red spot under his right nostril. What should we do?
