My dogs have severe allergies to flea bites and have been through two cycles of prednisone, but the rashes and itching return once the prescription is finished. I give them Benadryl daily for the itching, but it doesn't seem to help anymore. I was wondering about the dosage requirements for Vistaril. The dogs' names are Hunter, Daisy, and Sissy. Hunter is a pit/boxer mix, 6 years old, 80 lbs, and on daily medication for hypothyroidism. Daisy is 4 years old, 55 lbs, and Sissy is 2 years old, 48 lbs. Neither Daisy nor Sissy have any other medical issues.

Good morning, my puppy, Mello, who is 1 1/2 years old, keeps licking the skin on the inside of his legs just above the pads of his feet, causing the area to become very red. He is outside a lot and could get into anything. I also feed him real food, including mock tender steak, but I think this condition started before I began feeding him that.
