My dog, Otis, is licking and swallowing with an occasional cough. He has been doing this for about 3 hours now. He ate 1 1/4 of chicken and rice and weighs 47.7 lbs. My small dog, Lizy, started vomiting. The first two times it was food, and later it was yellow but no foam. She has been walking a few steps and then laying down repeatedly.
