My dog, Jaxson, a full-sized pit mix weighing around 75-80 pounds, got into something in the backyard and now has a bloody, expanding wound on his cheek that seems to be worsening despite cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and applying Neosporin. He has vomited twice after eating, mostly due to drinking too much water at once, and has more phlegm than anything. Jaxson is not neutered. What should I do about his condition?
