My dog, Jesse, a 3-year-old golden retriever, has been exhibiting random spurts of aggression towards other dogs, even ones she knows, especially at a new dog park in our apartment complex. She also barks more at other dogs on leash during walks. I'm struggling to sense any pattern in her attacks and am unsure how to correct her behavior. What could be causing this and what steps can I take to address it?
