My dog, Jimini, a 2-year-old 30-pound dog, has been vomiting and experiencing diarrhea today, with no appetite or fluid intake. He has dry heaves and his stomach is gurgling. He seems slightly more tired and clingy than usual but shows no signs of pain. He had vaccines last weekend and was lethargic for a few hours afterward. What can I do to help him?
