My dog, Bean, a 1.5-year-old, has been vomiting all day, initially with grass, dog food, and bile, but now with blood within the last 2 hours. She has not been able to keep food or water down, and the most recent water appears to have stayed down for now. She ate earlier today and last drank water about 30 minutes ago. There are no visible wounds in her mouth, and she has not passed any stools. Could she have ingested anything unusual or rat poison? What should I do until the vet opens at 6 AM?
