My 9-week-old puppy, Sasha, has been sleeping for close to 6 hours and was shaking when I woke her up. She was very active before but now seems lethargic. Is this behavior normal, and should I be concerned?

One of my dogs vomited about 5-10 minutes after eating or drinking. Both dogs are acting fine, and this is not a chronic issue. One dog drinks water too fast and vomits occasionally, but this seems different. Could it be due to eating too fast or getting too much air while eating, rather than a foreign body?
