My dog, Max, a 5-year-old Australian Kelpie mix, is lethargic, not eating, shaking, whining, and has his tail tucked and ears back. He was fine this morning but became unresponsive and in pain when I came home from picking up my son from school. He has been itching a lot lately, so I gave him two Benadryl tablets today (he's an 80 lb dog), and he has also been eating birdseed. He had some vomiting on Sunday but none today. What could be causing his symptoms and what should I do?

My 8-month-old dog, Ava, has been vomiting, showing muscle tremors, and lethargy. She threw up a full meal recently and hasn't had any water today. She also appears very spacey and difficult to arouse. What should I do?

My 7-year-old Maltese, Sadie, has been licking her lips for over a week, acting nauseous yesterday, and started shaking last night. She is still sick this morning but hasn't vomited or had diarrhea. She hasn't eaten anything unusual and stays with me at all times. What should I do?

My 5-month-old yellow lab, Maris, ate something made of fabric like cotton. He had trouble passing stools due to the fabric, and I pulled a little bit out of his anus. He vomited once and is now lethargic. What should I do to help him pass the fabric and ensure he's okay?

My 12-year-old Shitzu, Woody, sometimes yelps and faints after waking up in the morning. He has had a Holter test and an electrocardiogram, both showing his heart is fine. The fainting episodes occur only after he wakes up, and he seems normal the rest of the day. What could be causing these fainting spells, and what should I do to help Woody?
