My dog just experienced a head shaking episode that lasted several minutes and only stopped when he laid down. It doesn't resemble typical seizures I've seen online. What could this be, and what should I do since it's Sunday and I can't find a veterinarian?

Our dog, Heidi, an 8-year-old rescue, has had multiple seizure clusters, particularly after stressful situations like loud noises or oral surgery. She was initially on phenobarbital, which helped reduce her seizures, but she recently had another cluster after dental surgery. We are concerned about the cost of further diagnostic tests like an MRI and want to know if she should continue on medication for these stress-induced seizures.

I have a 5-year-old loppsapoo with a fluid-filled sac under and to the left side of her chest, which appears bruised. She is not moving much, her nose is dry, and her eyes are slightly matted. She has been pulling her paws away when I try to trim her. What could be the cause of this, and what should I do?

I have a 15-year-old Pomeranian who has been coughing intermittently for the past couple of years, especially since her last teeth cleaning. Recently, the coughing has become severe, often ending with a choking sound. She has been diagnosed with a heart murmur, bronchitis, and fluid in the pericardial sac. Her cough seems to be related to her heart problems, but could it also be due to tracheal issues? Should I use a humidifier, and when should I seek more medical attention for her?
