My 6-month-old unvaccinated puppy, Remy, is lethargic and not eating his food. He drank water this morning but didn't eat. There are purple spots on his gums, and he's usually very active. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

I have two chocolate labradors, both of whom have had mast cell tumors removed. Now, they both have what feel like fatty lipomas under their skin. One is on the chest of the 4-year-old, and the other is near the front shoulder of the 8-year-old. How common are mast cell tumors under the skin like lipomas, and how serious can they be if they are indeed mast cell tumors?
