My dog, Kai, a 5-year-old mixed breed (possibly with boxer or pitbull), has swollen glands, is lethargic for a couple of days, and is not excited about his food. He is having difficulties getting up stairs and from a laying down position. His anal glands are swollen, and I have increased his fiber intake and ensured he drinks plenty of water. There is no drainage from the area, and he was neutered before we got him. His stools are a bit softer throughout the day but still formed. What could be causing these issues, and what should I do?

My 10-year-old Shih Tzu, Gizmo, has been vomiting yellow foamy bile every day or other day for a couple of months. He eats and plays normally otherwise. I've tried feeding him twice a day, which seemed to help but the vomiting started again. Could he have an empty stomach issue causing this, and is there anything I can give him to help?
