My dog, Kane, a 10-year-old weighing 15 kilos, ate a 3-inch chicken bone 3.5 hours ago. He is on prednisone and metronidazole for gingivitis. The vet's X-ray suggests the bones will likely pass, but I want to know if there is anything I can do at home to help and what signs I should watch for.
