My dog has vomited multiple times today, including bile and recently fed chicken and rice, mixed with white foam. He also has severe epilepsy and is on Keppra, potassium bromide, and phenobarbital. He hasn't received his medications yet. What should I do about his medicine and feeding him?

My cat ate a bite of an oatmeal raisin cookie. I'm not sure how many raisins were in the piece she bit. We found her with it about 10 minutes ago. Her name is Evie, she's 2 years old and 6.3 pounds. Last Saturday she ate a bite of a chocolate glazed donut but the vet I spoke to said she'd be fine since that's baked powder and not pure chocolate. What should I do about the raisins, and are there any symptoms to watch out for?
