My Shih Tzu, Spirit, has a round puncture wound around his bottom area that's been bleeding. He hasn't eaten since yesterday morning and is very lethargic. He seems to be in pain and won't let us touch him except to rub his upper body. Spirit is 10 years old and usually very active and always wanting to eat. What should I do?
