My dog, Nova, had an episode of head tilt and stumbling yesterday. The whole episode lasted 1-2 hours and she quickly recovered. She has a history of low-grade mast cell tumors and allergies. The vet diagnosed it as vestibular disease and recommended meclizine, but I'm concerned if it could be something more serious like a tumor or a concussion. Should I be worried about something else?
