My dog, Kevin, a 18-week-old who weighs approximately 40 lbs, is showing signs of parvovirus including vomiting and diarrhea. We can't get to the vet until tomorrow. I'm considering using saline solution under the skin and famotidine for nausea. Is this a good approach, and are there any other recommendations or precautions I should take until we can see a vet?
