My dog, Duke, a little over 1 year old, has been vomiting since yesterday, about 30 minutes to an hour after eating part of a salami bagel. He also got into kinetic sand and a fake Christmas tree wrapped with tinsel a couple of weeks ago. He has vomited multiple times, including in the middle of the night and this morning. He recently pooped, which looked solid, and has no sneezing, coughing, or eye issues. He was on antibiotics for a laceration on his neck but is otherwise healthy. Should I take him to the vet immediately, wait to see if he stops vomiting, or make an appointment for tomorrow if he continues to vomit?

My dog has a large red bump that releases blood and greyish thick pus when squeezed. The dog is 11 years old and has had similar bumps before, but none as large as this one. The bump doesn't seem to bother the dog unless squeezed, causing pain. What should I do to treat this bump, and how should I proceed with flushing and cleaning the wound?
