My dog, Leila, has an ear infection. She is 5 years old and started scratching her ear and shaking her head last night. The ear is swollen, red, and has a little pus inside. I've been trying to book an appointment with a vet, but no one has availability until next week or later. What can I do in the meantime to help her?

I have two 3 1/2-month-old Labrador puppies. Yesterday, we had a sewage leak in our backyard. Our female is fine, but our male, Duke, is vomiting white foam, has watery stools, and isn't eating or drinking. He's also lethargic and won't come out of the doghouse. We just got him, so he hasn't had any shots yet. What should I do?
