My dog, Leo, a 2-year-old male, has a swollen and infected-looking area around his penis. He has been experiencing this for a few days, with noticeable discharge. He is not neutered and occasionally licks the area, but not excessively. He strains to urinate and needs to go several times instead of all at once. What could be causing this swelling, and what can I do to help?

My dog, Bear, is vomiting and not eating or drinking. His energy level is low, and his appetite started decreasing after getting vaccinated and given Nexgard. He has vomited about 5-6 times, and the vomit looks like stomach acid or mucus. He doesn't seem to be in pain, and I'm not aware of him eating anything unusual. What should I do?

My Corgi Poodle mix, Seamus, was just diagnosed with diabetes. He is drinking and peeing a lot, and seems more tired than usual. We give him a lot of treats, dry and wet food, and fresh chicken daily. Can we manage his diabetes through diet first, or does he need insulin?

My dog, Ava, a 3-year-old Beagle, is rapidly losing her eyesight, and her retina has been red for some time. She has a history of seizures and recently stopped taking daily seizure medication, only using it before stressful situations. Should I take her to the vet immediately or schedule an appointment for a few weeks out?

My 5-year-old 75 lbs yellow lab, Otto, got into a container of Nature's Bounty fish oil supplements, possibly consuming 200 capsules of 1200 mg each. It has been more than 3 hours since the incident, and he seems fine. Should I be worried about any potential side effects or complications?
